Targeting he who targets you.

I feel like this is very self explanatory on what's going on with Social Security. This stuck out to me because I find this quite funny and very true, because it is time to target those like Rick Perry. Rick Perry targets Social Security, then citizens target you. In my opinion I can see the elderly man as a hero in this cartoon, because he know's what is going on and well, of course, he is not too happy about it. Here's a link to the Home Page page of the Political Cartoon.
